Role Overview:

 

As an ATM Assistant/Bank Better Champion, your primary goal will be to enhance the client experience at the branch. Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting clients, managing branch flow through effective queue management, and assisting with ATM transactions. You will also support clients in navigating self-service channels, ensuring they can complete their transactions with ease. This role is designed to provide you with the essential knowledge, skills, and experience necessary for a successful career in service consulting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Client Welcoming and Assistance: Offer a warm welcome to clients, understand their needs, and guide them in using ATM and self-service channels efficiently.

Queue Management: Oversee client flow to minimize wait times and maintain a smooth service process.

Transaction Assistance: Assist clients with various transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries, ensuring a seamless banking experience.

Experience and Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:

No prior experience needed; however, a Grade 12 National Certificate is essential.

Ideal Qualifications:

Previous experience in client service within a retail, financial, or banking environment is advantageous.

Educational Requirements:

 

Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational: This certification is a prerequisite, signifying your readiness to engage in the banking sector.

Knowledge and Skills:

 

Minimum Knowledge:

Basic arithmetic skills for transaction assistance.

Strong interpersonal skills and a clear understanding of personal goals.

Ideal Knowledge:

Skill Set:
