Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day milling operations, ensuring product quality, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor milling equipment and machinery
- Ensure products meet quality and hygiene standards
- Assist in the setup and changeover of machines
- Identify and report any mechanical or process issues
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Maintain accurate production and process records
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Previous experience in a milling or production environment (advantageous)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
