About the Role:
As a Crew Member at Galito’s, you’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day is different. Whether you’re preparing food in the kitchen, greeting guests at the counter, or keeping the space clean and inviting, your role is vital to the guest experience. You’ll bring the energy, the smile, and the team spirit that keeps people coming back for more.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver friendly and attentive customer service at all times.
- Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system.
- Prepare menu items according to brand standards and food safety regulations.
- Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Support your team and step into different roles as needed during shifts.
- Communicate effectively with teammates and managers.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines consistently.
What We’re Looking For:

- Punctual, reliable, and ready to learn.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, but not required – we train on the job!
