Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Assist with loading and offloading goods, equipment, and materials
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and tools
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Support skilled workers with basic tasks and manual labor
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery under supervision
- Perform stock control and handling duties when required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Grade 10 or higher (Matric preferred)
- Prior experience in a general labor role is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends if required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
