Job Purpose

Recruit and attract top talent to support the organization in achieving its business goals and minimizing risks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders. Professionally engage with candidates, providing timely information and feedback. Maintain communication with service providers.

Align recruitment practices with company policies and procedures. Participate in initiatives to build and enhance TymeBank’s culture. Support corporate social responsibility projects.

Identify and recommend improvements to processes, systems, and policies. Ensure proper authorization and budget approval for vacancies before recruitment. Create job advertisements and use effective sourcing channels.

Review and shortlist candidate CVs. Comply with policies during shortlisting and interviewing processes. Schedule interviews and necessary checks for shortlisted candidates. Participate in the selection of the most suitable candidate.

Monitor and track recruitment metrics, making necessary adjustments. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in recruitment activities. Respond to and resolve queries or complaints promptly. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and update relevant systems.

Demonstrate TymeBank’s values and vision in interactions with team and stakeholders. Pursue personal development through training and career progression opportunities. Share knowledge with team members and stakeholders.

Monitor recruitment processes to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Deliver effective recruitment services following the relevant processes and SLAs. Advise and engage with the business on recruitment-related matters. Use optimal sourcing channels for cost-effective recruitment.
